Reach out through our Contact page within 60 days of your order date with your order number. Our team will confirm your request and provide return instructions if applicable.
2. What's Covered
You may request a refund whether the bottle is empty, partially used, or unopened. There is no requirement to explain why the formula did not work for you.
3. Processing Time
Once your refund request is confirmed, please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to be issued and up to one additional billing cycle for it to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or card issuer.
